Workplace Injury Benefit Plans

We have provided thousands of Texas Non-subscribers with employee injury benefit plans under ERISA (the "Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974," as amended). We write self-funded ERISA Plans for large employers on a "fixed-fee" basis, utilizing stop-loss insurance. We have a "Texas Employer ERISA Program," through which ERISA Plans are prepared for a small fixed fee, utilizing most of the occupational accident insurance policies marketed to Texas Non-subscribers. This program provides all documents necessary for Plan implementation, individualized to your insurance and benefit choices. These documents include your ERISA Plan Document necessary Adopting Resolutions, your Plan User's Manual (which provides detailed Plan implementation instructions), your Summary Plan Description (which provides notice to your employees about benefits under the Plan), a Plan Enrollment Arbitration Agreement, and a cover letter introducing the Plan to your employees.  Plans are available for every size of employer and are "volume-priced" for smaller employers. We also help employers re-entering the workers' compensation system evaluate and implement that decision.
